Complaints

If you feel you wish to complain, we would appreciate you contact us in the first instance as we will do our very best to resolve the complaint. We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system of dealing with complaints. Our procedure meets national criteria & our pharmacist can give you further information.

Alternatively, the NHS has its own complaints procedure should you wish to escalate the matter further.
